WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

When you contact us via a form, use one of the tools on our website, or make a reservation, we collect information such as name, email, phone number, and information related to the request or service you are interested in. We do not collect any data unless you fill out a form.

WHY WE COLLECT THEM

To respond to your request, send you requested materials, manage reservations, and—only if you wish—contact you about Imagenation services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.

LEGAL BASIS

Your consent, where explicitly requested prior to a submission, or the performance of our agreement with you when it concerns a booking or service order (Article 6§1(a) and (b) GDPR). Where the processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

WHERE THE DATA IS STORED

We use trusted third party providers to operate our website and tools — for example Formspree for forms, SimplyBook for bookings. They act as processors on our behalf, some of whom are based outside the EU and use Standard Contractual Clauses for lawful data transfers.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP THEM?

We retain your information for 12 months from the date of collection, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first.

YOUR RIGHTS
