TERMS OF USE

By purchasing or booking the services of IMAGE NATION STUDIOS,
the client hereby declares, responsibly and by name, that they have been informed, accept, and agree to the following Terms of Use:

1. Responsibility for Damages
The client making the booking under their full name is solely responsible for any damage, loss, or breach of terms occurring during the use of the space, regardless of who caused it. In the event of damage or loss, the named client will bear the full cost of restoration.

2. INFINITY STUDIO Regulations
Special attention is required in the curved area around the cyclorama. Touching this area in any way is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, moving objects with sharp edges or heavy weight on the white epoxy floor of INFINITY is not allowed.
In case of uncertainty about the use of INFINITY, the client must contact a STUDIO representative for assistance or clarification.

Any damage to INFINITY — the floor, walls, or curved surfaces — will result in a minimum restoration fee of €100 and may exceed €500, depending on the extent of the damage.

3. Setup and Cleanup
All setup, cleanup, and any actions required to return the space to its original condition (cleanliness and organization) must be completed within the booked time.
Please plan your work accordingly so that you can vacate the space promptly at the end of your reserved time.

4. Conduct
Please respect the staff, the Terms of Use, and other clients and attendees throughout your presence in the studio.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before the start of your booking. In such cases, the booked hours will be credited for future use.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Accurate Information
The client declares, responsibly, that the identity information they provide at any time during their booking is truthful and in no way false or misleading.
